We made the most of the sunshine and headed out for an after-school adventure one Friday night. There was just enough time for a walk, a quick snack and a collection of shells before the sun dipped behind the horizon.

This little lady is so lucky. She has wonderful parents, a lovely big brother and the best newborn hair I have ever seen! Those little hands, that little face, so small and precious. I had the pleasure of hanging out with these guys for a morning while the newest member of their family settled in.

Sweet Little Louie. Just a few weeks old and already the centre of the universe. So tiny and peaceful, with the odd superhero stretch thrown in. These three were so relaxed and fun to hang out with! I'm thrilled I had the opportunity to capture their early days, those moments and emotions that eventually become the blur of the first weeks of parenthood.

Midweek Moments

It has been busy around here as we start the process of moving our home into boxes for a year. The packing, open houses and getting organised (with kids!) while trying to enjoy the last few weeks in our house and neighbourhood. It is going to be strange to leave and it won't seem real until we have packed up and gone. We're all going to miss this house, I just hope the kids don't miss it two week into our trip.

The Everyday Adventure

It was one of those evenings where the sun glows off the water and the sand reflects like glass. There was a definite summer vibe to the last few days of 2015 and it was nice to spend some time at the beach. A little bit of calm before the crazy storm that is 2016. This year is a big one for our family as we head off on an adventure around the world with 2 little kids. A couple of suitcases, a handful of continents and almost 12 months overseas. We may be crazy but I'm getting very excited! We leave in 1 month so our home is currently a madhouse of packing boxes and travel plans.
