The Everyday Adventure
The perfect afternoon for exploration. We followed in the footsteps of the early European explorers and visited Captain Cook's landing/invasion place. It's a lot easier to navigate for toddlers than I'm sure it was hundreds of years ago, but we felt like the only people there. We learned about the Aboriginal people from the area and found our own treasures in the bush and on the beach. Rock pools, shells, sea creatures, flowers, rings made out of clover and a sun setting over the water.
