London Town. It hasn't always been my favourite city (there's something about the grey and the rain) but I loved it this time round. We stayed with great friends in Paddington and were able to explore lots of new places. There were some great parks and gardens for the kids, yummy street food on Brick Lane and Borough Market, a boat ride through the canals and my first English football game. And of course we threw in a handful of the tourist sites as well. The kids loved the very serious guards at the Tower of London, pub lunches and riding around town on a red double decker. We managed to find plenty of colour and blue sky amongst the grey.
